purchase withdrawal
The withdrawal and return of the purchase can be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. The client should contact us via e-mail pernadojamal@pimentadojamal.com.br or telephone (11) 3637-0229, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to request the purchase withdrawal or regret. The product(s) must remain in its original packaging, inviolate and without signs of use. The customer will be reimbursed for the amount paid as soon as all the informed requirements are validated. The product(s) will be analyzed and, if the packaging is violated, reimbursement will not be possible.
Defects
Upon delivery, the customer must check whether the box, packaging or bag is violated, torn or damaged. In case of damage to any of the products received, we advise that the immediate refusal be carried out at the time of delivery. If possible, take photos. Exchanges and Returns
The exchange may be carried out within 30 (thirty) days from receipt, if the order is not in accordance with its specifications (operational errors in the quantity or type of product).
