It is the homage of  jamal pepper to  the first “tamers” of peppers. The word Jaya means spicy, hot, in the Aymara language. This ethnic group inhabits the countries we know today as Bolivia, Chile and Peru. Historians estimate that this civilization has occupied these sites since 200 BC.
 When launching Jaya, we at Pimenta do Jamal created a high-spice blend that maintains the pleasant scent of the Andean altiplano.
