      The preparation of preserves is unique and special. In addition to the variety of flavors and heat peppers are hand-selected and packaged one by one.  And this is a characteristic that sets Pimenta do Jamal apart from other brands on the market: our peppers retain their original flavors and textures, even if they are not in their natural state (freshly harvested).
